Stories from a Stranger
Short and sweet today.
Last week, my wife brought a book home from the library. Didn’t think much of it. She brings books home from the library all the time. A few days later, I picked it up and thumbed through it. I read about 10 pages. It pulled me in. I ordered a copy for myself.
The book is called Stories from a Stranger: Every person has a Story. It’s a collection of one hundred stories that cover the gamut of human experience and emotion.

The book is super easy to read. And you can literally flip to any page and start reading. You’ll probably finish the book in 3-4 hours if you read it cover to cover. But it’s the richness, depth, and humanity of the content that will grab you. The rawness and vulnerability of each of the stories resonate deeply. There is joy, sorrow, heartbreak, and happiness – all the elements that make us profoundly human. And also make us realize how much more we are alike than different.
Have a great weekend.
Until next week.
